My name is Jay'Elle and I became CEO of my own business on my 12th birthday!  What is BXtra?  BXtra is a MOVEMENT to inspire and empower girls to BXtra Ordinary despite the daily challenges we face as tweens and teens! 

My goal is to empower tweens and teens to look and feel great about themselves through products with positive and empowering messaging to girls all over the world!
